Allan Lorraine heads the SCL Group Australia and New Zealand arm, who joined the Global SCL Group in mid-2015. In this role, Allan leads his business intelligence team with a focus on; Behavioural Micro-targeting, Behaviour Marketing, Big Data, Data Visualization, and Business Process Management Solutions. Allan has over 15 years of experience working in areas related to business analytics, in professional services

has helped organisations solve their business analytics problems whether they relate to operational platforms, such as; behavioural marketing solutions, accurate enquiry capture systems, process development and rectification, sales psychology solutions and customer relations management development. During his professional career, Allan has worked in; Australia’s largest Automotive Global Corporate, Retail (Management/Customer Facing) and has operated his own successful small business for the last 4 years. He understands the different cultures and demands of each setting.

In March 2013, Allan founded BIResults, an automotive consulting and analysis firm that provides business intelligence expertise. His clients are both industry leading distributors and Dealers in Australia and New Zealand on all facets of the automotive industry.

Prior to starting his own firm, Allan was a General Sales Manager at Australia’s highest selling Lexus Dealership. Allan now specialises in partnering with businesses who wish to develop effective solutions and understand the need for professional service, clear communication and a finished product that delivers results. Allan’s passions are rooted in analytics associated with the events of business process and the behavioural events of people to provide knowledge on various business models. He brings over fifteen years of experience to every client interaction.

Although Jonathon has over 14 years’ experience in the retail sector (5 of which have been in the Automotive industry, both on the floor and in a Corporate capacity) it’s his qualification in the field of Medical Radiation Science and Cancer Therapy that makes him most unique.

To Jonathon, problem solving a business is a walk in the park compared to problem solving a human being, and he has the experience and results to reflect this.

With a strong understanding of the sales cycle, and the need for any organisation to embrace technology to gain an advantage over their competitors, Jonathon looks forward to bringing Cambridge Analytica's groundbreaking methodology to both public and private sectors in Australia.

After completing her Degree in Business Marketing in 2005, Meaghan started her career as a Junior Producer working for one of the top advertising agencies in the world - M&C Saatchi - where she developed valuable experience in Project Management and Co-ordination of budgets, staff and talent.

Meaghan is proficient in managing large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex, multi-faceted outcomes. She combines excellent strategic planning abilities with strong communication skills to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget. Meaghan is an accomplished Project Co-ordinator with over 7 years CRM focused experience that has allowed her to travel the world; working for over 2 years in Canada in the CRM division as Sales and Marketing Manager for multiple small businesses.

Meaghan is confident, highly driven with practical hands-on customer service and travel experience. Resourceful and proactive, she combines effective communication skills with detailed product knowledge and project management skills to identify new opportunities, deliver outcomes for both the company and the customer, either alone or as part of a team.
