We have provided data analytics to Global Combatant Commands (GCC), Theatre Special Operations Commands (TSOC) and partner nations since 2009. Our methodology has been approved by NATO and Sandia National Lab, and we have developed a complete assessment model for the UK MOD in information operations and strategic communication projects. This model has been taught at the NATO StratCom Centre of Excellence.

Combination Data Analytics
Data analytics has made significant advances in using ‘big data’ to provide insight into human behavior. However, the behavioral models are limited by the type of data recorded. SCL adds another dimension to big data analytics by incorporating social and psychological models to the analysis process. This allows the analysts to use not only inductive data (pattern recognition from the database) but also deductive data (hypothetical social science modelling).
Data Driven Program Assessments
There is significant pressure on military and government agencies to provide ‘effectiveness metrics’ for projects and campaigns. SCL provides credible and quantifiable assessments that measures the actual changes achieved within the audience group. Decision Support
One of the most challenging planning tasks a commander faces is a reliable understanding of the information environment. SCL offers a real time planning platform that allows planners and commanders to fully assess the information environment using behavioral profiling data from the field, combined with a variety of digital feeds from the target location. Counter Radicalization & Recruitment
Counter radicalization examines the propaganda and recruiting messages emanating from terrorist and radical groups to recruit vulnerable targets. SCL employs social science models to understand how radical messages are appealing and uses powerful counter narrative strategies to neutralize misinformation. SCL has an impressive history of reducing radical recruitment over the last decade and is currently supporting this effort for elements of the US government.
